1. INTRODUCTION
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ATTENDING ANY EVENT OPERATED BY LOCOMOTIVE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA OR MEXICO AS WELL AS THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE (US.BINGOLOCO.COM) AND OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR ENGAGING WITH OUR WEBSITE.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms and Conditions (by email, website notice, or social media), it is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version.

Or attending any Locomotive-operated event,
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for your failure to secure tickets.
3. BREACH OF TERMS
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the event without refund, compensation, or liability to Locomotive.
4. BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
A. Legal Compliance
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and venue regulations.
B. Binding Contract
You are entering into a legally binding agreement.
C. Age Requirement
You and anyone for whom you purchase tickets are at least 18 years of age (or 21 where required by venue or state law). Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.
Failure to provide valid ID will result in refusal of entry without refund.
D. Accuracy of Information
All personal information entered during ticket purchase is accurate and complete.
E. Correct Event Selection
You have selected the correct event date and venue.
F. Arrival Time
You will arrive at the event at the time stated on your ticket. Late entry is not guaranteed and will not result in a refund.
G. Venue Rules
You will comply with all venue rules and staff instructions.
H. Dress Code
Entry may be refused if you arrive wearing inappropriate attire, including but not limited to athletic wear such as tracksuits or sports jerseys where venue policy prohibits such attire.
I. Conduct
You will not dance on tables or chairs. If you do so and cause injury or damage, you assume full legal responsibility and agree to hold harmless Locomotive and the venue.
J. Show Content
Our show includes references to alcohol and adult themes and features music played at high decibel levels.
K. Lighting Effects Warning
Some individuals may experience adverse reactions to flashing lights or visual patterns. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, confusion, or loss of awareness, seek assistance immediately from event or venue staff.
L. Unreserved Seating
Seating is unreserved. Guests should arrive early to sit together. No compensation will be provided if your view is obstructed due to late arrival.
M. CCTV & Security
Venues may operate CCTV systems for safety and security purposes.
N. Right to Refuse Admission
The venue and/or Locomotive reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who:
Compromises safety,
Disrupts the event,
Impacts the enjoyment of others,
Appears intoxicated or under the influence,
Acts aggressively or inappropriately.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. TICKETING POLICY
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation where no rescheduled event is offered.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date.
Tickets are non-transferable after 24 hours from purchase.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or at a premium. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING
By attending our events, you agree:
You are attending on a non-commercial basis.
You will not replicate, copy, or imitate our format.
You will not use our intellectual property (artwork, logos, designs, content, show format) without written permission.
Photos and videos taken at the event may be used by Locomotive for marketing and promotional purposes.
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Locomotive the right to use such media without compensation.
Any content posted to or tagged on our social media platforms may be used for promotional purposes.
7. PRIZES
General Prize Terms
No prize may be exchanged for cash value.
No alternative prizes will be offered.
Locomotive is not responsible for prize defects, functionality issues, or misuse.
Once a prize is awarded, Locomotive is not responsible for loss or damage.
Novelty prizes must be used responsibly.
Holiday / Vacation Prize Terms
The holiday prize includes:
Two (2) round-trip plane tickets to the destination specified by the host.
Up to two (2) nights’ accommodation.
Conditions:
The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the introduction email.
Travel must be booked within 4 weeks of the event.
Travel dates are subject to availability.
No upgrades, substitutions, extensions, or cash alternatives.
Transfers, baggage, and additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable.
Cancellation or non-use results in forfeiture.
Locomotive and its partners are not liable for incidents occurring during travel.
8. WEBSITE ACCESS
We strive to maintain uninterrupted website access but do not guarantee continuous availability.
9. PERSONAL USE
Tickets are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial promotions, contests, giveaways, or business purposes without written consent.
10. TICKET COST BREAKDOWN
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge:
A. Gaming Stake
Your gaming stake contributes to the pooled prize fund and includes bingo materials.
B. Entertainment Portion
The ticket price includes live entertainment and production.
C. Gaming-Only Tickets
Gaming-only tickets must be purchased at least 14 days before the event and may be accommodated separately.
D. Entertainment-Only Tickets
Entertainment-only ticket holders may not participate in bingo gameplay.
11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS (EMAIL & SMS)
By purchasing tickets, entering your information on our website, or opting in through any form, you expressly consent to receive:
Marketing and promotional emails
Event updates
SMS/text marketing messages
from Locomotive and its affiliated brands.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time:
By clicking “unsubscribe” in emails
By replying STOP to SMS messages
Or by contacting us directly
We comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:
Attendance is at your own risk.
Locomotive is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You assume all risks inherent to live entertainment events.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the event occurs.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable State.

Please add a new section to your Privacy Policy titled “SMS Communications” or “Text Messaging Program.” This section should include language similar to the following:SMS Communications
If you choose to opt in to receive SMS or text message communications from Locomotive, we may send you messages related to your interactions with our services, including event announcements, ticket releases, promotions, reminders, or other relevant updates.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Locomotive at the phone number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
